Default Please help with car set-up, Atomic Diff problems

I am having trouble getting my mini-inferno to run right. I cant seem to get the diffs to function properly.

    Here is what I have:
Wraith7K+Quark and 2S or 3S maxamps Lipo packs
    MIP Center ball diff
Front and Rear Atomic Ball Diff II
    Atomic slipper set-up I think.

In order to get the car to move I have to tighten the F/R diffs as tight as I can get them. Set-up this way the car takes off of course the steering is compromised due to the Front diff being so tight. If I loosen the diffs slightly say even 1/4 turn when I give the car throttle it lets out a loud whine and will slowly accelerate. I can confirm by holding the car on the ground and giving it throttle that it is not the slipper.

What is the proper way to set-up the F/R atomic diffs? As tight as I have them if I have the car off the ground and try to spin one of the tires by hand the other one doesn't even move. And they seem to be so tight that they are not smooth.

Am I setting something up wrong? Are my diffs shot? Please help?

I am a relative novice but I have a mini-t that is set-up perfectly so I am not a complete idiot.

Please Help. I am ready to toss this thing out the window.

I have the Atomic Ball diff 2's in my Buggy and they are functioning GREAT!
This is the way I set them up.....
    Remove them from the gearbox's.
Place an allen key or similar tool into the metal outdrives at both ends of the diff.
Now hold the ends of the allen keys and try turning the bevelled diff gear .
It should turn but with EFFORT.
Now set the front diff up just a tad tighter than the rear and re-install into the gearbox.
If they are still not performing correctly or not smooth, then you may have flat-spotted your diff balls in which case you will have to order the rebuild kit and replace them as well as the diff washers. Both of these parts can be found at RcMart and are not expensive.
If it still does not work, then I would start to look elsewhere in your drivetrain for problems.
    Good Luck!
