    Default Hyperion batteries? JR Radio?

I am getting a Hyperion 6000 motor from b-p-p and they mentioned that the URS sport 42 saddle packs wont work with this motor. Does anyone know why this is and what batteries should I get if I dont want lipos.
Also does anyone use the JR XS3 radio with the JR RS300 receiver? If so is it a good combo and worthwhile picking up?

the sport packs may not discharge enough power for the hyp....you can get urc x packs or any pack that uses gp1100, gp1300, ib 1200 or ib 1400 cells. Yes there are that many 2/3a cells now.......

The JR radio is great. The rs 300 rx is the larger version. You really want the rs310 for use in an H8.

Thanks for the information, I will have to see if b-p-p can get the xtreme packs in an 8 cell saddle pack. On the website they only had 6 and 7 cell packs in a straight bar.
