The first batch of chassis's are done! The chassis will allow the motor to be located in the stock position or rotated 180 degrees and be mounted towards the rear of the car (as in the photos). This is only advantageous to people using a brushless motor due to the fact that the motor will need...

My name is Ronny, and I'm from Norway. This is my first post here. I race 1/8 buggy for Mugen Seiki, RB Mods, Racing +, Neo-buggy etc. I just had my Half8 with me to the 1/8 OR Euro warm-up in France, where I gave the car a real run for it's money on the 2005 Euro's track. The car is equiped...
could someone please tell me how the atomic slipper gears go together and what i have to pull out of the old plastic ones to set the atomic ones up.
I was installing my 3Racing turnbuckle kit on my Half 8 tonight, started off with the rear arms. The instructions say to leave a 16.5mm gap in the middle between the 2 ends. With that size gap, it makes the overall length of the the arm quite a bit longer than the stock arm and gives the rear...
Hey guys, I am planning on getting an ST to race 75% of the time and bash 25% of the time. From all the searches I've done, I have found that a new 3racing Motor Mount and aluminum front hubs are a necessity. All the stock electronics are thrown out, going with an MX-3 and will later go...
http://cgi.ebay.com/Atomic-AK7C-300-Size-Motor-Adaptor-for-Mini-Inferno_W0QQitemZ6059985138QQcategoryZ49213QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Isnt the Mini Inferno motor 370 sized?
I have plans to make a carbon chassis but Í'm planning to remove the slipper and to use the center diff as spurgear since we use a balldiff which also acts like slipperclutches. Therefor I have to reverse the moutormount to the other side. Benefit is that I can use large lipo packs on one side or (...
:D It's ruined because I accidently turned my basher into a carpet racer. It's still not finished. This is done with 1000 grit and metal polish. I'm still searching for some 2000 grit to make the chassis look chrome with not one hair line.
When I install my 1/10 Hot Racing wheel adapters I get some major binding issues, is there a solution to the binding? When they are installed with my touring car tires the car will barely move because of the binding. Does any one know of or have experience with this problem? Andrew
Just wanting to hear opinions and experiences from you guys who have used the 3Racing or Atomic front/rear/center ball diffs.... I've read other posts about people having good experiences with the ST diffs in the buggy. By the way... I know MIP should have their own front/rear/center ball diffs...
What weight oil should I run in my shocks for on-road and carpet? Also what spring stiffness should I choose. What about for off-road? I thing I should use medium or stiff springs. I'm thinking about getting the 3-racing shocks. What problems occurs with them? I read about the mod in the...
Didn't know where to post this. but i was just wondering what GLue you guys use to glue ur tires to ur rims? my offroad tires keep rolling of my rims ;) :D Cheers for the help guys!!!
What is everyone doing about the center of their drivetrain? I couldn't, for the life of me, get my slipper to stop slipping (AON 4900) so I put a rubber oring in there, which basically locked it down, which gave me direct drive, no slippage at all, up until the point the rear diff stripped :-D...
hmm, Im having a problem that I cant fix. I have replaced my centerdiff with a Atomic diff instead, and it was smooth and nice. But I did buy the 3R diff instead to replace the Atomic diff. Now it rotates about half the way not smooth but not too tight. And the other half way around it's so...
I know theres a old 3r ST thread somewhere, but I was too lazy to search. Everything except the black wheels and blue front shafts are available. http://www.3racing.com.hk/x_products.jsp?x_carkit_id=38&x_title=Optional%20Parts%20for%20Kyosho%20Mini%20Inferno%20ST
Dear all, I would like to lower the ST because we race on a flat surface. I tryed with the small screws you have to put in the arms but I never manage to have the two arms perfectly aligned. The result is that my st become crazy I was wondering if using one of the aftermarket aluminium...
Hello, Whats the toe-in for the A, B, and C toe in blocks for the rear? they arent marked. Chris
Does anyone know where I can get ST tires, or know of a good alternative (wheel/tire - I do have the CAW wheel adapters from my buggy). I have about worn out my original set. Thanks.

I have read most threads on here, and none have really answered my question... What i wanna know is... As some of you know i wanna drift my little MIST, what i need though is something like an LSD... Should i just lock my front, rear and centre diff as i trialed my MIST standard tonight and had no...
I'm trying to find out if alloy gear boxes offer any benefit over the stock plastic gear boxes besides strength. Does it help the diffs/slipper gears spin more efficiently?
Have not run my Mini Inferno in a while because of needing tires. The stock ones did not last long as I run in my yard, which means I have to cross the drive to get to the other side. I do not race just bash and wondering what would be a good longer lasting tire and where can I get them? Do not...
