are the Grapuner 300 motors good for the H8?? I know you need a 300 adaptor for it. Have one in my Mini T and love it. also getting a 8 cell battery pack. this too much for the stock motor and electronics?

no, they do not have enough torque. that motor is way to small for the half eight.

What would be a good motor then? with brushes.

just courious, if the 300 motors are not good with the H8, why bother with the 300 motor adaptor??

who knows, speed 300 motors will put out a little higher rpm than a 400, but the torque is nowhere near a stock 400 motor. Maybe the intention was to use 300 brushless like the mamba with the adapter. another thing, those adapters where out before the half eight, so I think it was just a product that was relabled to sell.
