Hey guys

I picked up a mini inferno from the LHS last week, jumped on the net and found this site.

I have been wanting to put one tenth tires on the mini inferno and have ordered the trinity adapters, but could not wait.

So i made my own UJ's that accept MTX3 hex adaptors.

What do you rekon. The only problem is the i have to use 5x8 bearings.

All I have done if stripped down a set of 3Racing UJ's.

Machined up some new 5mm axles and reassembled the 3Racing shafts on the new axles.

It eliminates all the messing around with modifying trinity adapters.

I dropped a brushless in today and ran it quickly seem to run fine, gotta wait to see how long the bearings last.

Comparison below.

...ok that was easy  So the next question on the lips of all the children iiiiiiiis...(drum roll please...) Will you be doing some more 'mutant' axles? If so ETA delivery, cost and will you accept bunches of coconuts and peanuts as payment? BTW ...HELL nice job...looks clean...well done maestro...easiest fix we have seen yet...well SECOND easiest; after the BitHex Mod ;)

Had not considered selling them.

May need to wait to see if bearings hold out.
