...Try it Newbie :D Let us know how it goes...But with 4x 1.2 VOLT cells you will only be getting 4.8 volts...The 3800 number will make them LAST LONGER than 1100 but you might not get the grunt you are hoping for...

you could try it...but it will be veeeeeeryyyy slow. lower voltage plus more weight. Let us know how that works out

I would not waste the time on trying it. I think your energy is great, but the idea is not feasible. Like the post states above you will only be running 4.8V, VERY SLOW. Second, the Sub-C's are Heavy, so along with the low voltage, you will have a heavy buggie.

I would put time into replacing the motor and adding some oil filled shocks! These are a must for the buggy.

...UNITED didnt you put together a 10 cell GP 1100 pack for the H8? Now THAT baby has got have her tirs glued on :D I agree NEWBIE, for all your work to try this and get it going you probably wont be very thrilled with the results...As UNITED says, you would be better off usuing your time and/or money on something which will give you bigger smiles at the end of the day ;)

Bit,

You are correct, we are about to release the 10-cell X52s and Sport52s. 12V of power.

Slight body cutting in the back rear edge, but it takes about 3 min. to do!

Get ready....calling all "SPEED FREAKS" !!!!!!!

Ya I allready have oil filled shocks on the way, mamba 25, Aon 4900, and a full set of bearings. Well since I was thinking that I race 1/10 and have about 50 match race packs I thought I will give it a try. But If I can, I am going to try to run 6 cell.

I will give it a try and let you guys know how it went. And if it works out good, I might make a movie for you guys

Show us some pics if you can.

Even if he does find the place for it, the final weight will be something else.. that idea already crossed my mind but the weight issue made all those thoughts go away... :o

It's not about how much the H8 weights.. its about how much it will weight when the sub-cell pack willl be placed on it
