I was wondering if there is much of a difference between the 3racing, GPM and Kyosho oil filled shocks? I would like to get the Kyosho ones but they are quite abit more expensive than the others.

Go Kyosho...they make excellent shocks.

The 3racing need better oil and 2 hole pistons.

GPM I just dont like.

I just finished assembling another set of the Kyosho-shocks and they are really excellent. Yes, they are expensive but you get the good stuff. :)

I don't own 3racing-shocks, but after a rebuild the seem to be ok, too. A friend of mine has them and he told me you would need to change the oil and check if they are the same length, but after all he is content with them.

I don't know anybody who tried the GPM-shocks but I had some trouble with their stuff (for Mini-T and Mini-Z) earlier...

Thanks for the info, I will probably fork out the money for the Kyosho ones. :( Also, I will see what a buddy thinks of his whenever they come in.

What is the "Titan Oil Filleds" in your signature line referring to?

Titan =Titanium

Lazyness at its best :)

...I am a purist at heart and i think shox is ONE of the places you will feel the difference in going with the 'mother' brand...alloy parts etc you have lots of choices but moving 'technical' parts like shox and it doesnt hurt to go with the KYOSHO set in the long run ;)

That explains the Titan, so what is the "oil filleds" part about? The reason I ask is that this sounds like shocks,no? :confused:
