...This thread may be repetitive, but I just felt like writing out what new owners of the Mini Inferno should have as a first to get their new mini up and running. :)
-Things that you should buy and do first off:
Oil Shocks: available from Kyosho, Front (http://halfeight.com/shop/product.php?productid=16138&cat=0&page=2) and Rear (http://halfeight.com/shop/product.php?productid=16139&cat=0&page=2); or from 3Racing, GunMetal (http://halfeight.com/shop/product.php?productid=16202&cat=0&page=1) or Blue (http://halfeight.com/shop/product.php?productid=16201&cat=0&page=1)
Ball Bearings: available from Kyosho (http://halfeight.com/shop/product.php?productid=16196&cat=259&page=1), 3Racing, UnitedRC (http://unitedrc.com/store/product.asp?BrandId=18&ID=87), and various others.
Battery Packs: You can make your own, or buy them from UnitedRC (http://unitedrc.com), or the hE.com shop (http://halfeight.com/shop/manufacturers.php?manufacturerid=8)
Grease the Diffs, Front, Center, and Rear...Silicone grease...

If you want to upgrade your motor to another brushed one, there's the Xspeed, Speed 400, Rocket 400, or K4...to name some
If you want to upgrade your motor with a brushless, there's the Aon 4900, or Mamba 6800, 8000...and some others...Aon 4900 is better suited for the Mini Inferno.
Sometimes, changing a brushed motor requires the use of different electronics, the stock electronics are still very good though...
With brushless motors, all the electronics has to be swapped for a seperate receiver, servo, and ESC...

Too much time on my hands... :D
