Hi guys,

late last nght I finished my rear end and the bodyset.
Especially the rear end looks fantastic. Virtually no slop and runs as smooth as silk.
I think I'm gonna buy my a glass box and use it only for display ...... Naaaah, I'm gonna run it . . . . very gently :D
Here are some pics.

Wow. Hopefully the guys at Tamiyaclub can appreciate that. If you could post that in the H8 topin in the Kyosho forums of TC that would be great.

I use the hot racing adaptors for the 18T which I shortened. (saw it on this forum somewhere)
The rims are from Topcad for 1/10th scale RC: You can buy them at Ebay or rcmart (very cheap) . . . and they look great !

 Type R,
I see exactly what you mean. Abstract scupture for sure.
The pics make it look like a robot or something almost alive.
I do have to say, your photography is first rate. Excellent lighting and backgrounds. I love the reflection of the car in the body shot. Really nice.

...That rear end is a piece of modern, gun metal aluminum art :) ...It alone probably cost as much as a stock Mini Inferno offered at hE.com shop :D

Sweet ride. Are those the Kyosho shocks or 3Racing?

Indeed. They are from Kyosho and they work very sweet. Mine do not leak and the damping is second to none.

I use the 3R shocks, but after hearing all the great reactions from the Kyosho ones I might want to pick up a pair. They are a good bit more expensive though.

I use them because they work. They are the same as their other top of the line shocks in 1/8. They build the same way, they are tuneable and have the best materials. The size is different from the 1/8 racing shocks, I think they are a match for an older 1/10 onroad racer. Springs are different.
The point though is they are made of the same materials, the same build and replacement parts so they cost a lot to produce. I think if you want tuneable solid, work forever shocks these are the ones.
