Hi, some of you may know me from Mini-Z Racer or TinyRC. Name's Mike from Richmond, Virginia. I am 32 years too old.

I currently have a REVO, Mini Quake, and M18.

I have just recently started considering the purchase of a Half-8, so if anyone want to suggest some first hopups, etc, be my guest.

Mike

There are an endless amounts of hop-ups available now it's hard to get a list started. Just check out the threads and you will find alot of help.

Yeah, I hav been doing that, I was just looking for some quick input on the things that are a must have out of the box. I know about the United RC batteries, lube diffs., and a motor, but is there anything else?

I will be getting one, the more I read this forum the more I get excited. I just spent a lot of money on my M18 and 1:1 ride, so it might be a couple of weeks. That and I want to do my homework before jumping in.

BitHed, I must say, I have missed reading your wacky posts on the various forumns, they always bring a smile to my face no matter what.

OK, I got my car today, and just remembered that I should tighten the slipper and lube the diffs. I have read thru many posts concerning the diff lube, but still a little unsure which one I should be using as far as weight/brand. Can someone reccomend the lube until I can pick up the ball diffs.?

Thanks
