Has someone heard anything about adapted pins like the kfactory for 777 and the xb8? It would be very nice, not to remove the e-clips (pita to remove them)

:D , Exactly, I hate e-clips too. The pins are 3mm. in dia.; 23.5 mm long, 29mm long and 46mm long. Kfactory (Trinity on Tower) has corresponding lengths, 48mm, and 26mm.

The 48mm is the lower inner suspension arm holder (4)
The 26mm is the lower outer suspension arm holder (4)
the two 29mm long pins, I am still looking for, they are the front, upper, inner pins.
I used these pins on my K2 and now on my MP777's. Never had one break or bend. I have seen Kyosho MP777SP1 pins bend as well as earlier Kanai's pins. The nut may interfere with the front bumper. I had to do a little cutting of the inside of the bumper on my MP777. I haven't tried them on the Mini yet, I have the pins, just haven't gotten to them.
By the way, the pin length with eclips is shorter because the threads add extra lenght to make them work, usually 2-5 mm is in range.
