What do I order to get the two little spacers that the screw sits in on the knuckles? I see to order the rear hub/knuckles, but does that include the screws and spacers. I have the screws, but only two spacers.

It doesn't come with the spacers...sorry...
i haven't bought too many replacement parts yet so I don't know which package contains what... but I DID have to buy the knuckle/hub pack and there are no spacers... just the rear hubs, knuckles, and four hexes

im guessing its in kyosho's "small parts" package--only thing i can think of that would be in there?
These are the two I have seen. Atomic and 3Racing.
I chose 3Racing because of good past experience with their products. I think others on this board have purchased the Atomic which also comes with Titanium screws to replace the stockers.

The first ones stripped out of the bottom and fell out on both sides. I can get screws fairly cheap, but those darn spacer/bushings are too expensive. Are there aluminum knuckles available?
I ordered the ones from Atomic, but it would be nicer to know if these get stripped out, that there is a cheaper alternative.

I just wasn't looking close enough at the exploded view. It is listed there as IH03, which is the small part set.

someone mentioned that the atomic screws are on the long side, so watch out for binding, i got the 3racing kingpins not installed yet, waiting for my alloy knuckles, should be here in next couple days

It only has buy it now price (no bidding), so they will be there again. I just ordered some plain ones from half-8 shop, so I don't need them just yet. Will probably invest in some aluminum ones soon though.

I knew I had seen that MP777 chassis before. I have seen some of the 1/8 parts in person. I have a race buddy that buys and resells some of this stuff. It is from a distributor in Hong Kong. Check out this set of parts:

Nearly all 7075-T6 aluminium parts. finish and fit is very nice. Prices are nicer. I might pick up one of those 777 chassis to try out. My Racers Edge chassis is getting a little frayed.

Yup it sure is :) Looks like I got them before you could. I am always buying shit on e-bay so it only takes me like a minute to buy and pay for everything.

But it doesn't say knuckle, I wonder if it is a misprint?
I have seen them listed and referred to by many names.
Knuckle, hub, steering block.

Hey Cableman:-)
A perfect replacment for the "spacers" in the knuckles is the Blue alum.washers that are used on the 1/8 buggy. The washers that is used for countersunken screws on the Inferno. It's used on the screws that mount the servos in the Kanai-kit's. When using these washers, all the slop in the knuckles disappare instantly :) I have the order.nr posted somewhere in "Ronny's corner".

Hi Hawk :)
The offisial Kyosho name for those "steering knuckles" are Knuckle arms. Hub-carriers are in fact the term for both F&R Hubs. As in Rear hub carriers, rear hubs - and Front 20 & 22 hub carriers, front hubs.
I personally calls the rear hub-carriers for rear hubs, the front hub-carriers for front hubs, and finally the knuckles-arms, I call steering-knuckles..
This is confusing, and I have been confused about that myself for years :)
:o Hi Ronny,
Exactly. I always hear people using all kinds of names for them whether they are manufactures or users. That is why I go by the pictures.
By the way, have you ever weighed your H8 for front/rear and side to side weights? I am wondering about the weight distribution issues that are being talked about on another thread.
