...i need a small frictionless, 0.1mm washer...I would be willing to cut them out of a sheet of whatever material...What are my options? They need to be thin, round, super-slippery...for mounting IN and around the kingpins, top and bottom, in the infamous front knuckle...

I've been thinking about punching some out of lexan, but once it gets clouded over it would probably increase the friction again.

car gaskets? i have some of that material laying around...its the same stuff made out of slipper pads i think..

...needs to REALLY thin...almost paper...probably end up being disposable as we go through them...There has got to be SOMETHING...

If you tell me what diameter you want I can make you up a few to try from aceatal or plastic to you.
If you want slippery then maybe PTFE? :p
