What might happen if I try to use bigger tires from 1/10 scale cars, like Lazer is having? How it affects dynamics? Acceleration (will be probably weaker), turning etc? Seems like this conversion is quite often used but I could not find any comments about result. I use AON brushless motor.

There are much more 1/10 tires on market than ST ones, pattern is often very interesting...

To be honest, I have both 1/10 tires and 1/16 tires but the 1/10 are not that much bigger if not the same size. I use the kyosho 1/10 conversion kit and have 4mm axles.
With the standard wheels I managed to bent or break the rear axles and with these bigger ones it did not happen (yet).

I got them from ebay, but I don't think they are listed at the moment.
Look for IHW34 that is the Kyosho number
I bought them from seller: rdvtg
He does not have them listed at the moment but another seller in the US has them now.
Just search for IHW34
