Got this thing for Christmas, and it rules. Runs great, handles amazingly, fast and, most importantly, FUN!!! I also have a savage, but I may end up using this even more than it. I look forward to some tinkering, but it will be hard to disable it for any length of time 'cause I'll miss it too much. Are there any recommendations for hop-ups or mods? Seems pretty good as is, but I'm always game to try different things.

Glad you like it. I think it is one of the funnest cars I have. The only things I would get are cvd's, little better steering servo, and an aluminum front shock tower. But of course none of these are required. The car runs great with out them but dose make it stronger. :)

Wanted a 09 since they came out like I need another RC vehicle. Well I just bought one this past week for $199.60 shipped and should be here Friday. Now all I have to do is find time to break it in as most of my spare time is either racing or getting ready for a race.

Well, myself and a friend are seriously thinking about getting one each, a buggy and a truggy. Maybe we can help get this forum moving. At $200us, that's $300au delivered to the door, which is pretty darn good.

Geez, less than $200 bucks? That kinda makes me ill. Soon it'll be like that little Sportwerks Chaos that you can get on ebay for like 75 bucks. But hey, I guess when it drops that low in price ill pick a few more up.

One nice cheap upgrade is a fiberglass antenna whip, mine is from BPR Racing. Since I run mine mostly on a big track made for 1/8th scale, theres no doubt its gonna flip over. The fiberglass whip reduces the amount of times it flips over.

Been through 3 wives and do not want any more so this is one reason I have 20 plus RC cars and trucks not even talking about my motorcycles and other toys. :D

If you have a good woman you are lucky and have to give and take but I never found one. At 53 I am over trying. Here is a picture of my motorcycle and I on my trip to Alaska and back.

Hey 46u, did you have any RC's packed on the motorcycle?

Hi, we got them, 1 truggy and 1 buggy. Myself and friend go 1 each last Friday, I got the truggy. We pretty much run in them in straight away and what a weapon little machine. Within in the next couple of hours I had broken the 2 front body mounts and a front knuckle after taken on one of my mates with his Hyper 7. What I like best is how these rc's can be used in a much more confined area and still have heaps of fun. Will get some pics up and keep you posted.
