i have sent various emails!! and have had no replies from him,
anyone know if there is a problem with him, maybe on holiday?

I have had a few orders from Troy (I live in the UK) and he has been great. Also had a problem with a battery order and he was there all the way through so in my experience he's a stand up guy. I wouldn't worry, he's probably away or something. Have you tried calling him?
