I think that MIP are better, but you can try to make the 09 diff.

the Kyosho center driveshafts are pretty snazzy!...really freed up my drivetrain...i have the MIP driveshafts, they are quality items but for some reason they come with a very odd set screw size that i have been unable to find a driver for, my 1st set came assembled, but the 2nd set not even a .5 driver worked

Hah, yeah, I just got the MIP CVDs for my ST and had the same problem. Fortunately I pulled out all my SAE allen wrenches and one of those fit. Don't know why they didn't use a common size though.

As for driveshafts I've been using the 3Racing titanium ones on my buggy and they seem to work very well. I'm about to put the same into my ST.
