I've been watching a few "Sato" Mini parts go through Ebay over the last couple months, and tonight I stumbled upon some parts labelled "Trinity" that are obviously the same item. Of course the Trinity badged stuff costs like 2.5x what the Sato version does. Anybody else noticed this? Is Trinity just the brand Sato is normally distributed under?

I have seen the same thing. Team Trinity hop ups appear identical to Sato but are about 2X in price. I don't know if they are the same company or if one is a distributor for the other.

I'm almost positive its just a name game. Somebody send me $60 to blow on a comparison & write up. :p While we're on about Trinity, do they use one of the "standard" shock rebuild parts sets etc? That was my next worry..

Sorry - can't help you there. Hae not seen the inside of one. I have only rebuilt shocks with Kyosho parts.

I've been checking around, if they really are Trinity, (the Sato's I mean), I doubt I'll have a problem with parts support.
