Half8 SP motor- Is it faster in reverse than forwards?

I'm looking for a stock-legal motor that won't give me that dread "faster in reverse than forward" crap. I think the H8 SP motor looks good, but I want one that is actually fast the correct direction. Maybe Graupner, Associated? Any thoughts on this one?

if youre motor goes faster in reverse than forward and switch the wires (black to red red to black or if its direct soldered than switch them)then on youre controller switch the servo reversing switches and then it will all be right.

If the motor runs faster in reverse....you need to change the timing.(if that is possible) That is why the motor is slower in the other direction. The Kyosho motors are designed for the normal operating position of the motor. If you did the motor swap to run stick packs you will experience the slowness.....unless you are using a bl set up......
