Hi, I'm going to buy a set of 1/10 foams for high speed runs.

What shore value foams should i get?

Is it the higher the shore, the harder the foam?

Also how long would a set of 32 26mm foams last?

Cheers for the advice, Stuart.

In reference to foam tires, the lower the shore rating, the softer
the tire is thus yielding more traction. The higher the shore rating, the
firmer the tire is thus yielding less rolling resistance and more speed.

As for how long foam tires will last, the harder the foam is, the faster it wears out but it gives you a great deal of traction. softer foam tires give you less traction but they last longer.

Hope that help:D
