3Racing center diff fix using AE 6575?

I remember seeing a thread on here not too long ago about how to use the Team Associated #6575 "T-nut and thrust bolt" to repair a broken screw on the 3Racing ball center diff.

Well now I've gone to plaid and just can't find it.
