Guys, I have been working on my ST for countless hours this week but would appreciate some help to dial out my off-power oversteer problem. When I let off the throttle the back end just loopps on me. Any suggestions on how to tame this thing? I'm running blue Kyosho springs up front and red in the rear with 1000wt Kyosho diff grease in the front and rear. Originally I had 10000 in the front but it was even worse that way. I have already gotten rid of all of my drag-brake and this helped a little. Are there any other simple tuning options I can do?

you might look in to the rear toe blocks changing that might help.

raise the front of the car and/or put in a center locker or ball diff.
I would start by slowely raising the front ride height until you notice an acceptable difference.

Also, I have the 3R 20 degree c hubs right now. Do the 22 degree ones make that much of a difference?

You should not have had that issue with heavier weight in the front. I run 5k/1k front/rear and have the good old understear on power, with normal slight overstear off power and braking.

I expect you have another issue. Check your bearings and check for drag somewhere in the drivetrain. Perhaps it's as simple as a bearing causing enough drag for the tail to come out. What surfaces are you running on? A loose surface (such as a dusty blue groove) will make this effect much more noticable. If you are on a sticky surface then there must be something wrong. Are you shimming the wheel nuts propperly? It's really easy to overshim and cause drag.

I got in a car wreck Friday because some punk kid thought a stop sign meant go faster. I totaled my wife's jeep and caused his 4000lb full size extended cab SUV to flip on top of a honda (illegal imigrant from mexico with no insurance.) so I'm kinda tore up. My back and neck got some whiplash going on, but I will be ok. I will definately be better than the people at Losi will be tomorrow when I get them on the phone. FSCKER recommended a SM15 servo for my MLST which does NOT fit without drilling mounting holes. moron is going to get a tongue lashing and I'm going to get some free servos.

Thanks for all the help! I'll go over the entire vehicle one more time to make sure there are no binding issues. Hope you're feeling better soon!
