Hey Folks....long time no type, I've been in the grips of some kind of very persistent crud. Personal maladies aside, on to the good stuff.

Here's a couple of pics of an ST I helped a local guy build. The shell is a CP for the mini LST.

Since these photos were shot, it's been completed and will make it's racing debut tonight in the friday night pizza races at the local mini shed. I'll let you know how it does.

Looks very nice! Could you get a side view of the truck, so I could see how the body fits? I'm thinking about converting my buggy to a truggy ... so I'm very interested in seeing how this body fits (I don't like the stock ST body). Thanks!

I totally dig it man...wasn't a big fan of the pooching sides on the stock body...
but how do you run that esc in the ST? it has very limited power...but I guess if you keep it light then its no biggie

This is the only thing I had that's close to a side shot. The chassis has since been trimmed further so the body is a better fit over the edges of the plate. I'll try to remember to take my camera next weekend and get some more detail shots of the finished truck.

As for the components mounted on it in the pics, most are placeholders being used to figure out the best layout. I didn't look to see what he had on it for an ESC tonight, but I'll make sure to get shots of the layout, if I remember to take my camera next week.

Thanks FHM! Just what I was looking for. MUCH better than the stock ST body.

It's amazing how much difference losing a half inch per side makes. Even though you know it's not, the truck looks longer.

Sorry fopr the delay folks, I've had some serious issues with my internet connection for the last few weeks.

THe good nesw is, I've traded for the slimmed down ST and will be putting up some more shots of it as soon as I can get time to take them. I've been working on my buggy for the last few days giving it a major overhaul and as soon as that's done, and a t-maxx that needs some TLC, I'll be free to spend time with the ST.
