Hey guys thinkin bout selling my mist, as bills are starting to pile up :( i dont want to but looks like i have to... anyways, I have:

Kyosho Mini Inferno ST
Caw 1/10th wheels adapters
Proline offroad wheels and tires
Hitec HS-85BB+ Servo
Align 430L 3550kv motor with fixed ends and 13T pinion
Quark 33A Uni ESC
Alloy Motor mount
Alloy knuckles front and rear
2 x Interllect 1400 9.6v batt packs

Also have spare:
Standard motor
X-speed motor
Original Rims and tires
Bag of goodies that came with the mist new...

Motor and ESC are hard wired and batteries are deans connectors. All The diffs are locked (glued) and slipper is semi locked (screwed down tight)

This WILL NOT have radio and reciever for it as i want to hang on to that stuff for my next project.

This car runs absolutely perfect and will be sad to see it go :( It has had approx 10 packs through it so it is like new!

Chasing hopefully $1000AUD + postage, as its cost me over 1600 to get it to this point. But as said in the title this is a EOI so let me know what you think its worth...

Location is Brisbane Australia too...

Thanx for looking and here are the pics :D

What would you consider as a decent price for this?

Like i said mate cost well over $1600aud to get it to that stage, the car practically hasn't been run, plus i also said EOI (Expression of Interest) Not in a real hurry to sell but hit me with a decent offer and i'll consider it...

Thanx

well maybe parts just cost more in Australia? In the US, that would cost about $500 to pull together, and I'd expect to see it sell for the $300 range.

From what I've seen (in USD):
Kyosho Mini Inferno ST $200
Caw 1/10th wheels adapters $35
Proline offroad wheels and tires $50
Hitec HS-85BB+ Servo $25
Align 430L 3550kv motor with fixed ends and 13T pinion $40
Quark 33A Uni ESC $80
Alloy Motor mount $12
Alloy knuckles front and rear $30
2 x Interllect 1400 9.6v batt packs $60

comes to a total of $532

But if it really cost you that much to pull together, than I suppose your asking price is reasonable. I just hate to say that you may have a very hard time selling it. Maybe in Australia it will do better?

Anyway, best of luck with the sale. Please understand I'm not trying to break you down on price, I'm just trying to understand why it cost so much.

The thing i can never understand is we get these trucks....start hopping them up....and then sell them.... now that you have the hopped up beauty....run the heck out of it....or you are afraid that once it is used and worn what little resale value it had would be lost. That resale value is lost already. Just take care of whatever you beat up or break.......
Half the fun of running them is hopping them up. When I see one freshly built and for sale i think either the guy hacked something or he hates the vehicle.
My rule of thumb is paying 1/3 to 1/2 retail price....
Good luck with selling it.......

Hey Berm the biggest thing about this vehicle is that me and a mate were gonna travel around brisbane and race them but after doing the hard yards we hard a new on-road track open just around the corner from us (hence me trying to make a drifter out of it) It just simply wont get used and i need the cash for my on-road racer.... so yeh.... These go for around $400US all hopped up right? So a clean swap for an Xray T2 would be pretty fair huh? I dont hate the truck, just simply wont get to use it :(
