Any reviews on the dynamite c4 motors? 9200kv or 8000? I want to buy one, but haven't found any information on it at all.

Nevermind, I have been slapped back into reality. These will be crazy to fast for the ST. :D doesn't mean I still won't try it later on.

Actually, they are again, too small for the mini inferno or ST. They are mamba size which means a glorious absense of torque even though they rev very high. You might be able to gear the 9000k to the point where its actually fast but with that high of kv, you won't really be able to run a 3 cell lithium without chance of destroying the motor or esc. But thats just my opinion

yup i noticed that small fact about the size too. I'm just going to stay with close to 380 size cans like the warp4 and wraight 7.

the warp 4 looks awsome in the MQ with a three cell....have you seen that vid? pretty nice setup even though its a low-kv motor

When combined with high-capacity, high-power NiMH or Li-Po batteries, Dynamite’s new C4 brushless motors offer incredible amounts of power in a compact, lightweight design. Built specifically for mini vehicles like the Mini-T and Mini-LST, the C4 brushless motors feature high-strength magnets for intense acceleration and torque, and they are pre-wired with gold-plated bullet-type connectors for drop-in installation. Combined with a brushless ESC (not included) they make for an incredible power package for mini vehicles.

this motor is identical to the mamba can. Mambas are 20 mm diameter, which is not 370, 300, 280 sized...they are 180 sized. They are supposed to be replacements for a 370 powered car, plane, truck, boat. The AON is actually a 370-sized motor. This motor will still have inadiquate torque due to its sized and will have to be geared down to propel a larger car such as the mini inferno, because it is still not designed for this vehicle. I can only guess but due to its kv and size, it is bound to have more cogging issues and less torque than a lower kv motor. Thats just the general rule of thumb with brushless though

the aon may be a 300 sized motor can but it is a 400 sized power plant

correct, their seems to be confusion as to motor size, vs replacement for motor size. mamba=tiny torqueless rpm monster
aon=huge torque monster with a side of rpm lol

how about this then? I ordered it with the quark 33a. I hope it has some low end torque even though it's a high kv motor.

What is your take on the Align 430l then? Just bought one with a Quark 33a.
