Hi all,

I am new to forum. After reading a lot in this forum, I have decided to buy mini inferno. ( Like what i did before buying e-maxx, i think good forums is better than advertising). Thank you all.
After all reading I'd know it is slow as stock, but mine is slower than turtle :)
I couldnt figure out what is going on? Please help me.
I just write step by step what i did

-First I opened the case.
-Put alkaline batteries ( just to see what will happen) to both tx and mini
(I have triple checked the polarity :) )
-place the antenna wire and tube
-turn of the tx and then rx
-pull the trigger --- nothing
-but, servo is functional

Then I thought the reason may be the gears. So i removed the motor, and run it without any load. But again it s not turning. After trying somewhile, It started to turn, i have to try 4 or 5 times may be more to run it (motor still not mounted)

I need help because returning it to seller will cost me half ( maybe 2/3) of brushless setup.

What dou you think, is it because of esc/rx combo or motor? How can i solve this problem. And i know in the end i will be using "good brushed" or "brushless" setup, but for now i want to see mini on the road.

Thanks.

did you try another set of batteries or check the voltage of the pack? Also check your motor wiring.
Remove the motor leads and attach to a battery and see if the motor turns.
If the motor turns it is your esc that is bad. If the motor does not turn your motor is bad.

There are two adjustments on the transmitter, one for steering trim (adjust left and right running) and one for the ESC. This can be turned one way or another until until the motor just starts to turn. Back off till it stops. It also can be adjusted for reverse where when you pull back on the trigger, it would apply the brakes. When you use the brakes or push forward on the trigger the motor would turn forward.

Reverse switches are on top of the TX, the th. trim is the throttle trim and st.trim is steering trim. These are the two knobs on the wheel side to the front of the TX.

thank you all...

I have solved my problem.
That was because of weak batteries :)
