to bad i cant drive it till i get a new spurr. the guys at the race this weekend had to see it run! and it striped again

im also very happy with the layout i have. i was stumped where i was going to put the esc but i came up with a idea and i like how it came out.

so what is the ESC actually sitting on? can't really tell from the pics. Looks like a great spot to mount the esc though!

i accualy stripped that gear b4 i put the chassis on and that chassis was flexing the pinion away from the spur.

moose. the esc is mounted on a lexan bracket that i shoe goe'd to the chassis. it is made like a box arround the drive shaft. works very well and keeps the speed control as low as you can get it.

it also worked out with the wireing. battery and motor wires wind up facing the right ways to make for easy connections

i like it and may just give it a try...ill post a pic of mine when i get one...right now i have a peice of platic from front to back screwed in w/ receiver on the top of that...its not bad but i like that better
