I took out my HS-55 servo today to install ther 81MG and I ran into some problems. The screw on the car which connects to the servo is too wide to screw into the white plastic bit on the servo (circle). I would install the plastic bit from the 55 but it's too small to fit onto the 81. Do I need to drill a bigger hole in the white circle that came on the 81 or is there a new part I have to buy. Please help!

in your spare parts from kyosho is a servo horn (black) that will fit right on the hs81mg.

Unfortunately I do not have any spare parts. I bought my H8 with some upgrades on it already, including the HS 55 and the horn on it is too small. Can I order a new one from somewhere?

you want to get parts bag (ih11) it has the servo horns and diff gears. Should be around $6.

How did you guys mount your 81MG? It is clearly too big for the stock mount so did you have to cut some sections out in order for it to fir in correctly? Also should I have the horn closest to the front or rear of the car? Lastly how do you keep it from moving around sonce both screws wont line up (double sided tape)??

gazzer, you're not listening are you?????

As bermbuster said, but the spare parts bag ih11 and it has an EXACT MOUNT for the hs81mg, that's waht I did, works a treat!

Otherwise, just use double sided tape onto the chassis. this will stop it moving around as well.
