Hi I was wondering if the following setup is ok to use with my Halfie:

-Hacker E30-13L Brushless Motor (4200rpm/V)
-12T pinion (48 pitch Atomic)
-Quark 33 Amp ESC
-8 cell saddle pack
-Pitbull
-27MHz AM radio system from a Traxxas EMaxx
-Hitec HS-81 servo
-stock diffs (for now)
-GPM Alu gerarbox (front and rear)

Am I missing something. Do I have enough volts? Can I up the pinion size?
What about 1/10 scale wheels and tyres? Will the 3racing diffs fit the gearboxes?

Thanks,
Clive

there is no need for thoses gearboxes unless you want the look.

I run a 12 T with my AON4900 and for an indoor tight track it is perfect.

I would recommend and FM radio. why dance with problems.

also a full size servo can be taped right on the pit bull with no problems.

I wouldnt use a full size servo there is no way to get 6 volts to it.Youll only be able to send 4.6 tops roughly. So for example you have a servos spes for 6 volt being .12 speed and 120oz But at 4 volts the rating is more like .16+ and 80oz.Thise is not to mention how bad the resalution will suffer.
So my recomendation would be get a FM DIGI Radio and thise servo http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXGZU9&P=7
and hes right the diff cases are mainly for looks (other then the center :D

all 1/18 esc will only send 4-4.6 volts.
I allso have a spektrm for my EX 10 helieos :D they are great it is a digi rx with high resalution capabilitys
