The batteries is IB 1200 8 cell. Ok , it suppose to go fast now. but i tryed it yesterday and its slow. what the heck is wrong? i ve spend more than 500$ to fix it. please advice whats wrong. i wanna make it fast. i even tighten the screw or the slipper gear( dont remember the name) sorry. and nothing, no speed no torgue. :(

My guess would be that the Mamba is not programmed correctly.

...it COULD be the ESC...looks and sounds like you have pretty much covered everything...all thats left is maybe the drive cups, gears, though i guess you have updated those to something better or the weight...It would be a little more spritely if you had less alloy on it ;) Just my 2 yen...

I wanna change the differ gears to atomix. actually i wanna order them tonight. As i opened the rear differential i notised that a gear, the one that moves the rear center axle is destroyed. so the rear weels werent turned at all. you guys think that this reduses speed orr torgue?

I would go through all the electrical make sure u have good connections then check and see if the esc needs to be reprogrammed that would solve the problem it happened to me on my stampede just reprogrammed the esc and it works great. :D

make sure your tx is also set to 100% on forward and brake.
the set your esc.
also check your batts are charged up well and can provide the punch you need, mamba works best with a lot more punch

Ok, i reprogrammed the mamba and i set the timing advance to 3) Race instead of 2) Normal. What about the 5th setting (starting Power) Its value now is no 1) Low. Should i change that ?
I ordered the atomix differ sets. Should i use any differ oil or it can works as it is? And where can i find the kyosho fluid filled diff gears?

Try BitHed, he may be able to supply you with the parts. He shipped a container load of them when ST first came out.

...do up those diffs REALLY tight...And switch your bulkheads back to stock...there is no real benefit from having alloy ones...PLUS things will fit back together much easier ;)

...ok then back to the original advice...if it is the front and rear diffs we are talking about then just do them up really tight...

Hey Bit,

I just got my 3Racing center diff housing in (I have no plans of changing the front and rear bulkheads.) Are you still using/recommending the 3Racing center diff housing? Hope it works well with the pitbull!
