ok well i can probobly run about 1 more pack then my diff is toast!!! as in butter it, eat it, nothing left. should i just wait for the 3R diffs and get all 3? get the ST diffs front and rear and get 3R center? just get a replacment diff until the others come?

I believe I have a spare OEM diff that could be included with the other package we have exchanged eMails about. Or perhaps it could go out to you in a separate package.

...I put 30,000 wt diff oil in mine and it is A+. It rotates smooth and slow - just like the 1/8 scale diffs. It also has 4 planetary gears instead of 3. I also believe (can not verify this) that the drive cups are a little beefier. For the center diff, I would recommend OFNA Diff locker or badhorsie.com diff lock grease (it is a super-sticky silicone grease). I'm still experimenting with it - I've got it put in, it appears to slow it down considerably, but haven't driven it much. Bermbuster says it works well. The ball diff wears quickly (from what I understand) - but could give you the "slow action" that this buggy/truck needs. What I would love to see is a center diff that would accommodate the new ST diff.
