...Ixlr8...wht cells are you using? Did you tighten the slipper? did you tighten the steering? What connectors are you using? Have you adjusted your propo? What servo is in it? So many questions to answer!!

if it dont start working right i might sell it whos intrested?
It's based on a buggy and buggy's have less room under the hood. However, if you are using a brushless speed control like the Castle Mamba-25, it is still smaller than the standard electronics so I really don't see the big deal unless you tried to install some massive size receiver, i.e. JR RS300 and use a lot of GP batteries. Myself, I would simply use a 3-cell lipo and may just install the 11.1v set up myself. By the way, you never did mention how many volts and/or cells you were running.

im running a regular 8 cell pack i wanted a nine but that was alot more
Well the buggy is heavy to begin with and probably really heavy with 8 cells.
8 x 1.2v = 9.6v
8 x 1.5v = 12.0v
3 cell LiPo = 11.1v with less weight (mine anyway)
if it dont start working right i might sell it whos intrested?
I'll buy give me a price.

Ixlr8, I really think your disappointment is because the slipper is too loose. It doesn't hurt to try tightening it anyway. Please see my post about this issue:
