View Full Version : Anyone have the 3racing 12mm wheel adaptors?

I bought the wrong ones, no biggie since I'm counting down the days until proline gets on the ball...

Has anyone used these? It's unclear to me, from searching old threads, if they require modification to the steering hubs, etc to prevent rubbing. I don't like the idea of reducing my turning radius because it seems to already have a pretty large turning radius on asphalt.

Thanks!

I'm definately getting proline wheels, but I had my LHS special order me those 2 sets of pirelli tires, and I already have the proform foams, so I might as well get the hub adaptors since 3racing makes um. I think I'm going to use a high offset rim on the hard ones for dirt use. Hopefully I can find some 6mm+ offset rims. I've only found 3mm offsets in 26mm. :(

I'm hoping for those prolines soon, but these stockers aren't going to last a month, although I have a block pin kyosho wheelset on the way from CA, USA as we speak.

...a couple of different makers do different widths of 1:10 hex hub...you could try some of those :o My possibly useless 2 cents...
