I need to know how everyone is locking their center diffs. I keep tightening them down, but It seems to still be slipping..

thanks

Hi :)

It's your SLIPPER that slips, NOT your center-diff brother ;) To tighten the slipper tight, you need to hold on to the slipper-gear with a rag or something, then tighten the nut as tight as you get it. BIG difference when done :D

...i have one of the small spacers IN the smaller gear on the slipper, then THREE wheel bushings, then the washer and then the nut...The nut is tightened so that it sits about HALF a hair away from the smaller bearing at the BACK end of the slipper mount...No spring anywhere to be found...This might help...

hey dude check out the drivecup#108 that tightens on to the center diff gear shaft#49 mine was slipping there. The diff outdrive just has a plastic nub to fit on the shaft and the screw must have been a little loose and now it spins on the shaft. I kept thinking it was the slipper. Just waiting for parts now. Hope this helps somebody.
